Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Africa Business Connect Network ("ABCN") platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. User Roles & Conduct
Users may register as Company Admins, CEOs, Consultants, or Learners. Each role carries specific responsibilities. Users must not misrepresent their identity, qualifications, or business affiliations.
4. Business Listings
All business listings must be accurate and represent legitimate operating businesses. ABCN reserves the right to verify, feature, suspend, or remove any listing at its discretion.
5. Consultant Services
Consultants are independent contractors, not employees of ABCN. The platform facilitates connections but does not guarantee outcomes. Revenue splits are as stated in the subscription plan: 75/25 (Starter) or 80/20 (Pro).
6. E-Learning & Certifications
Certificates are issued upon completion of course requirements. Instructors retain ownership of their course content but grant ABCN a license to distribute it on the platform.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
All payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
8. Intellectual Property
ABCN trademarks, branding, and platform design are owned by ABCN. Users retain ownership of their content, including business descriptions, articles, and course materials.
9. Limitation of Liability
ABCN is provided "as is." We are not liable for business decisions made based on directory listings, consultant advice, or course content available through the platform.
